During ten days the festival will offer seminars given by experts, meetings with well-known film makers, presentations of books edited by the festival and work in progress exhibitions.

On the occasion of being the 200 anniversary of the Country’s birth in 2010, the National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts (INCAA) calls to a DOCUMENTARY TELEFILMS NATIONAL CONTEST. The versatile Sarah Polley has been writing scripts and directing films in Canada for the last years. In 2006, her first long film Away from her established her as a director, with a box-office success. Rubén Guzmán was one of the most representative Argentinean video art makers in our country in the 1990s. In the present edition of the festival it will be screened his last long film Óxido, shot in Mar del Plata.
