Bruno Forzani
Born in 1975 in Menton, together with Hélène Cattet he has directed a series of short films and three feature length films. In 2009, they made their debut film, Amer (24th Festival of Mar del Plata), and in 2012 their short film O is for Orgasm formed part of the collective The ABCs of Death (27th Festival of Mar del Plata). That same year they completed The Strange Color of Your Body’s Tears (28th Festival of Mar del Plata). Their new film, Laissez bronzer les cadavres, is screening at this year’s edition of the festival.
    Laila Pakalnina
Born in Liepaja in 1952, she graduated from the Moscow Film Institute (VGIK), Department of Film Directing, in 1991. She has written and director over thirty short and feature length films including: The Shoe (1998), The Python, The Hostage (2006) and Ausma (2015). Her films have screened in official programs at Cannes, Venice, Berlinale, Locarno, Karlovy Vary, Rome and other international festivals, where they have won numerous awards. At this edition of the festival we will screen her short film Hello, Horse!.
    Kim Young-jin
Born in 1965 in Seoul, he has been writing film critiques for various journals since 1992, contributing regularly to the weekly film magazine, Cine 21, from 1995 to 1999. From 2000 to 2006, he wrote film critiques as an editor at Film 2.0. Since 2006, he has been a professor of film at Myongji University, and is currently writing for The Hankyoreh. He wrote the books The Critic of Blood Merchant and The Unknown Masters.
