El Festival solo acepta filmes en 35mm y video (HD-Cam, Betacam y Dvcam), otros formatos requieren la previa autorización del festival. Idioma de subtítulos en copia: según el reglamento del festival, las películas participantes en Competencia Oficial y en Competencia Latinoamericana deberán obligatoriamente estar subtituladas en ingles.

The Festival only allows 35mm films and Video (HD-Cam, Betacam and Dvcam), other formats require previous authorization. According to the festivals regulations, the optical subtitles of the selected films for the Official and Latin-American Competition should be in English.

Enviar Lista de subtítulos, Spotting list o Lista de diálogos en español de estar disponible. En inglés obligatoriamente de no estar disponible en español. (Enviar por e-mail).
Afiches del film: 5 ejemplares
Fotos del film: enviar tres fotos diferentes, por e-mail, de al menos 300 dpi
Fotos del director: enviar por e-mail, de al menos 300 dpi.
Trailer: material de promoción en video, de tres minutos de duración para ser usado por la televisión (DVD).
