Frank has just gone through a suicide attempt and, determined to improve his life and mental health, decides to cut ties with his father—he blocks him from his phone and deletes him from all social media. But Chuck, the terrible father in question, isn’t willing to lose his son that easily. The problem is that the only solution he comes up with to regain contact is to create a fake profile with photos of a very attractive girl and strike up a virtual relationship with him. As expected, the plan soon goes out of hand and begins to take very inappropriate paths. James Morosini turns an autobiographical -as unbelievable as it sounds- experience into an awkward, irreverent comedy. But it is also, and through roads as unconventional as those its characters take, an unexpectedly touching story about the unexpected yet real love between parents and their children.
