On December 20, 2001, five people were killed and hundreds injured by police repression. Created by the physicist Rodolfo Pregliasco, a photographic panopticon synchronizes the images of that day to reconstruct a dark day for Argentine democracy.

Juan Pollio

He graduated from the Universidad del Cine de Buenos Aires. His short films include El boxeador, which was screened at the Cannes Film Festival and numerous other international festivals, and Raid, which premiered at BAFICI. Maelström 2001 is his first feature length film.
