A carriage inhabited by aristocrats escapes to some unknown place. Death lies in wait for them and they rejoice: the bacchanal includes experimental music and an electronic party. In the last minutes of his new film, in dialogue with Edgardo Cozarinsky, also a filmmaker and actor in SINFON14, Raúl Perrone describes a sequence as lysergic. Beyond mutations and driftings, that which is lysergic seems to function as a connecting thread: the camera moves with ease, each scene proposes an unconventional, excessive formal search. There are nods to horror movies such as a masked man stalking an aristocrat, a girl dressed in white referencing the phanstasmagorical. The key, however, is always tied to eroticism. With nothing to lose, as they traverse dark paths, these decadent figures indulge in debauchery.
