Not Tomorrow Yet
Janaína is an eighteen-year-old girl who lives with her mother and her grandmother in a housing complex on the outskirts of Recife, northeastern Brazil. Three generations who share affection, conflicts, and space in a small apartment. She is attending the first year of Law school and is the first person in her family who may earn a college degree. When she finds out she is pregnant, she begins to put her plans into perspective, facing the dilemmas of a society where abortion is forbidden.
Milena Times
Milena Times (Brazil) is a director, writer and assistant director. Her short films Au Revoir (2013) and Represa (2016) have participated in several national and international festivals, winning many awards. Not Tomorrow Yet is her first feature film.
