Michael and Dafna are devastated when army officials show up at their home to announce the death of their son Jonathan. While his sedated wife rests, Michael spirals into a whirlwind of anger only to experience one of life's unfathomable twists, which rival the surreal military experiences of his son.


Samuel Maoz
Samuel Maoz (Israel) is a director, screenwriter and film producer. He studied Photography Direction at Tel Aviv University, and wrote and directed the feature films Total Eclipse (2000), Lebanon - a feature film with which she won the Golden Lion at the 2009 Venice International Film Festival - and Foxtrot (2017), winner of the Grand Jury Prize and the Young Jury Prize at Venice.
