Ismael is the most unstable and weak-willed member of a group of allegedmconspirators with aspirations of power. He constantly suffers the mockery and disdain of the group’s leader and the other members. The situation changes when the woman Ismael is in love with begins to delve into the group’s macabre logic and actions, to the point of triggering Ismael’s ‘awakening’.
