For Soshun and Ichinojo, Onami is a delightful presence, but she is at the mercy of her troublesome brother. Ultimately, the two must stand up to save Onami, who has to sell herself to repay her brother's debt.

Sadao Yamanaka

Sadao Yamanaka (Japan) made his first film in 1932, showing an affinity for popular genres, with some irony and lyricism. Today, only 3 of his 26 films are preserved. He was sent to war in 1937 and died there at the age of 28. In his will says: “To my friends and colleagues I ask: please make good films”.
