The story takes place in the present or near future in the city of Rosario, Argentina, amidst skirmishes and violent events linked to two groups associated with soccer hooligans, crime, and some sectors aiming to enter politics. Two factions operate like two families that hold the city hostage with savage and excessive violence, which, in turn, is the result of both historical passions and shady business dealings. These are rival factions, but at some point, their leaders will need to negotiate—over the heads of their subordinates—with the goal of agreeing on territories and getting rid of those who might be a nuisance to both sides.
